1. ASOE trademarks

The following are trademarks of ASOE:

• ASOE — the company name and primary brand mark
• ASOE Brain — the customer-specific knowledge layer
• ASOE Agents — autonomous exception-resolution agents
• ASOE Recipes — deterministic execution playbooks
• ASOE Shadow — the compliance approval engine

2. Permitted use

You may use ASOE trademarks to:

• Refer to ASOE products and services in editorial or descriptive contexts
• Link to our website or reference our company in press coverage
• Indicate compatibility or integration with ASOE products

3. Prohibited use

You may not:

• Use ASOE trademarks in a way that implies endorsement or affiliation without permission
• Modify, distort, or alter the ASOE logo or brand marks
• Use ASOE trademarks as part of your own product or company name
• Use ASOE trademarks as verbs or generic nouns
• Register domain names, social media handles, or trademarks that include ASOE marks

4. Logo usage guidelines

• Maintain minimum clear space equal to the height of the logo mark on all sides
• Minimum size: 24px height for digital, 12mm for print
• Do not stretch, rotate, recolor, or add effects to the logo
• Use the provided logo files — do not recreate the logo

5. Third-party trademarks

SAP, S/4HANA, and SAP SD are trademarks of SAP SE. Oracle, Oracle EBS, and Oracle OMS are trademarks of Oracle Corporation. NetSuite is a trademark of Oracle Corporation. Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a trademark of Microsoft Corporation. LangFuse is a trademark of LangFuse GmbH. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
